  • After 2 years of at-risk deployment, the developer may, at its sole discretion, return investor capital through equity substitution.
  • Equity substitution means the developer can deliver clear title to completed Suviroz home(s), with independent valuation equal to $800,000.
  • This is not guaranteed or automatic; it remains at the developer’s discretion.
What this means

Equity substitution provides a non-cash pathway for capital return via title transfer to completed homes of equivalent value.
